Why has Obama decided against going to Germany to celebrate 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall? I can't think of any other president who would have skipped this trip. (I'm sure that he won't miss Oslo, though.) The Powerline guys quote Rick Richman as to why Obama ought to reconsider:
"It is an opportunity for Obama to give a speech in which he does not apologize for his country but celebrates the triumph of freedom that has been the driving force of American history from its beginning through his own election."
